Best of 2016: Prison School
By Dustin Cabeal
If there are two series this year that I’ve turned readers on to, Prison School is most definitely one of the two. The title tells you everything about this amazing story about five male students in a school formerly for girls. After peeping, they’re sentenced to prison… school. See, I told you it was all in the title. While this story is a comedy, it is filled with profound and wonderful character moments. And yet it still manages to be a hilarious look at the prison system. From miss construed shower scenes to pecking order among prisoners, it covers the prison system perfectly.
You can’t talk about Prison School without talking about the art and fanservice because this story is all about the fan service. Which is weird because it’s also about pointing out how unnecessary the fan service is. Whatever your preference of belief, there’s gorgeous artwork and plenty of half nips, ass shots, and angles pointed seamlessly up skirts. All this and the story is still the best part of the series so don’t write it off and give it a chance.
