If there isn't a special place in your heart for Misty then clearly you didn't watch enough Pokemon as a kid... or as an adult. I should watch that today on Netflix. At any rate we feature It's-Raining-Neon on the site earlier today as Scooter from Borderlands, but I couldn't pass up posting her Misty as well. You'll see her again in the future!
