This is one of the few comics I've been eagerly anticipating each issue. I've been spreading the good word about every issue and how much I love the movie. This is the first one to leave me going kind of meh! My biggest issue in this issue is Egg Shen. His voice seems way off. In previous issues the voice of Jack seems just like his movie counterpart and so does Wang and the rest. This issue Egg seems to of reverted to a teenager with his quips. Lo Pans underling Qiang is also very childish in this issue. Then we get to the fact that Egg is now a martial arts master and is jumping around doing flying kicks. It just seems so out of character.

A lot of action happens in this issue as Jack, Wang, the biker gang and Chang Sing all band together to defeat Lo Pan who is trying the same shtick to become human again. In the same place as the finale of the movie (or at least it looks the same). Wasn't it destroyed at the end of the movie? Seeing as this comic picked up right after the movie, when did they have time to rebuild an exact replica? Magic, maybe?

The art style is the same good quality as previous issues and the action is well implemented. The ending implies good things for the next issue as long as they focus mainly on Jack and Lo Pan.

I still enjoyed this issue but not nearly as much as previous ones. I really hope they get the voice and character of Egg back to normal.
