Setting a foundation to a story is essential, but sometimes it isn't an easy read. Mainly because it's slow reading, but can hide details for later; that’s kind of how I felt reading this issue. The Empire is rebuilding, searching for the Rebels and plans of sabotage. Darth Vader is off on his own missions without letting the Emperor know. Which pisses off the Emperor and he lets everyone know that has been in charge in place of Vader's absence. The mole is still in Leia's secret X-Wing force.
Luke and Leia are back in Tatooine burying his aunt and uncle. This gives them time to talk about their next move. Luke comes up with an infiltration form with him and Wedge becoming interceptor BN pilots. With this plan going on, Leia has plans of her own which include wiping the memory of C3PO.
The story progresses and is a set up for further down the line. Vader is getting back in the game. Liea has put the future in her hands. It's not fast-moving but it set up many lines that will intersect later. The art has improved since I first picked up an issue. It's becoming a pickup just to see the art work and it's beautiful.
The book isn't fast-moving, but it has some essential key points for the future. I will say you probably won't miss much if you miss this issue.
