The inaugural ICON Festival of Comic & Narrative Art has added a Saturday-night conversation featuring artist Bill Sienkiewicz, actor and writer Thomas Jane, and novelist Glen David Gold. The two-day festival takes place November 7–8, 2026, at The Biltmore Los Angeles.
Open to Weekend and VIP ticket holders, the special event will be hosted by Borys Kit of The Hollywood Reporter/Heat Vision. The discussion will focus on art, comics and art collecting, bringing together three creators whose work and interests span comics, film and literature.
Sienkiewicz’s comics include Elektra: Assassin, Stray Toasters and Moon Knight. Jane is known for The Punisher, The Mist and The Expanse, and is a co-creator of the horror comic The Lycan. Gold is the author of Carter Beats the Devil and an avid collector of original comic art.
ICON is designed as a celebration of original comic and narrative artwork, with a limited number of tickets intended to give attendees time to meet artists, discuss their work and purchase original pieces.
The announced artist lineup includes Nick Dragotta, Daniel Warren Johnson, Ryan Ottley, Eric Basaldua, Jim Cheung, Frank Cho, Ace Continuado, Sanford Greene, Megan Huang, Dave Johnson, David Mack, Dustin Nguyễn, Alex Niño, Jason Palmer, Dan Panosian, Bill Sienkiewicz, Cat Staggs, William Stout and Dean Yeagle.
The festival will also host The Art of Alex Ross exhibit. According to the announcement, the exhibition brings more than 100 original works to Los Angeles for the first time after its presentation at the Dunn Museum in Chicago. Ross’s painted comics include Marvels, Kingdom Come, Justice and Fantastic Four: Full Circle.
