Catch-aaaaaaaaaaa-Ride! Scooter is one of the best non-playable characters from the Borderlands game series, but you really don't see him cosplayed much. Thanks to Its-Raining-Neon we can stop saying that as she's gender bent the character and it rules. It rules so much that I'm posting the one and only photo she has and I rarely do that. Source
