Why was I yelling in that headline? If you've ever been to a convention then you've seen someone cosplay as Tifa Lockheart. I've seen both genders do it, it's that damn popular/easy. Katyuska MoonFox does a decent job and then for some reason she plays in mud at the end... no complaints here.
