Ryuko Matoi Beach Queens Action Figure Coming in September

There's the "cat costume" line of PVC statues and there is the "Beach Queens" line of statues and I won't pretend to understand either of them. If it's a PVC fig of an alternate costume I'm all for that, but one they never wore... I just don't get it.
