This is actually one of the coolest fan art projects I've seen. I don't know who created it, but basically the take on it is that the timeline kept going. Meaning the characters have aged twenty years and some of them have kids that have become the new sailor scouts. It's pretty freaking awesome. Also don't be fooled by the source of it, it's actually from here as SEO Fanboy points out. They also have a pretty decent (and lengthy) translation of the page so that you can really get into this fan fiction world. Me, I just like the art and the idea.
