What's cool about this is that it was done with a 3-D printer! Mr. Metal Gear himself Hideo Kojima revealed two pictures (the other is after the jump) saying that he's working on the figure with Yoji Shinkawa on the figure and that there's still plenty of work to be done on it. He also watches a ton of movies if you didn't know that... I didn't.
