Artistic: Cyberpunk Sailor Moon

This is kind of a cool two-parter if I understand it correctly. W. Scott Forbes drew his Sailor Moon piece based off the redesign of the scouts done by Benjamin Anders. It's pretty cool in my opinion and frankly the more Sailor Moon stuff the better.
