I have said everything I could possible say about Tetris in my review for the book. I would direct you to that review because much like Carver, everything else on this list is lucky I’m not numbering my picks. Tetris is my game. Hell, it’s everyone’s game, but is that one game that I will stop everything to play and will continue to do so. If you offer to play Tetris with me… I will take you up on your offer. If I’m late for a flight… Tetris.

My point, is that I love the game and reading Box Brown’s Tetris which looked at the game’s crazy history and all its complexities was brilliant. Tetris shaped the industry behind the scenes more than any other game in my opinion and I wouldn’t have that opinion without Brown’s fabulous Tetris.
