If you've ever seen a Play Arts figure for anything in the comic book world then you know that they're usually hideous gaudy looking pieces of plastic that no one in their right mind should want to own. Much to my surprise this Venom "variant" as they're calling it, is pretty fucking cool. No price or release date, but with action figures it's usually six to eight months from the time of promo pictures. Frankly this is cool enough that Marvel should fit it into the normal Marvel U that's totally not being rebooted after Secret Wars.
