Meet Christina, a data-entry specialist in her early twenties. Seemingly timid and plain to her coworkers she harbors dangerous urges. A lion of sexual violence bubbles just below the surface. The only soul she shares these feelings with is a terminal boy named Joshua in a wheelchair that lives several states away.

I'm still pretty excited about this. I have no doubt that it'll be better than Street Fighter x G.I. Joe and at the very least the art will be amazing because it's Udon.

Read MoreMeredith Finch and Ig Guara Launch New High Fantasy in "Rose"
By Dustin Cabeal
I'm going to reserve judgment on this title. My first thoughts were that it was generic as fuck sounding and that using Meredith Finch's Wonder Woman writing to market it was a bad idea. I've yet to hear anyone say that was a good time in WW's life. But, how many creators have been there and turned it around at Image? We'll see. I'll give Rose an honest shot and hope that it can surprise me.

Read MoreThe Golden Age Has Come To An End... Again... Or Something
By Dustin Cabeal
I guess Dynamite didn't like all my comments about their teasers sounding like a company going out of business. That or they were too vague and everyone was like, "what the hell are you talking about?" The gist is that they're relaunching all their Golden Age characters into the modern era. Something they should have already done and have done here and there. But now they're a shared universe so it's different or something. I'll read it, but I'm not like "damn, need a change of pants over here."

By Dustin Cabeal
I still don't understand the point of these other than money. In fact, the only reason I'm posting this is because the Monstress/Spawn variant is fucking awesome. I would never buy it or ask you to buy it, but I can appreciate how cool it is. If it were an affordable poster, perhaps I would purchase it then.

I was all about this until I read the creative team. No thanks. Just exhausted of everyone involved. That and unless this means that DC is buying Dynamite, I don't particularly care about crossover anymore... ever.
Read MoreImage Reprints "Splitting Image" For Anniversary
By Dustin Cabeal
It's really strange to me that Image is acting like any other company on their anniversary and just going for the cash. Variant covers. Reprints. Next they'll have chrome photo trading cards of the founders and a blooper reel. This reprint isn't that offensive, personally I don't even care, it just makes me scratch my head at Image comics and wonder how seriously we can take the publishers next big blast of the industry.
