Up to 1.6 million youth experience homelessness, each year in America and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender homeless youth communities make up 40% of that statistic. This Valentine's Day, with a little help from friends of Oni Press, Sarah Graley, and fans of Kim Reaper, we will be donating to Cyndi Lauper’s True Colors Fund as our 20th Anniversary winter season charity, which was chosen by Executive Editor Ari Yarwood.

It couldn't be more fitting that this comic begins with Becka, our main character, completely ignoring her Fine Art university class in favor of a good ogle at her goth classmate, Kim, a part-time grim reaper. To say Kim Reaper ignores any attempts at being fine art would be an understatement. Sarah Graley doesn't just sidestep the profound, she proudly smothers it with the quirky, pulsing heart of a caffeinated millennial.
