The only reason I read this and that I’m reviewing Platinum End for the third time is because it was sent to me for review. It will be the last time I make this mistake because I have a strict three strikes and you’re out policy.

Review: Platinum End vol. 2

You didn’t think I would be back for this, did you? Well, me either. That’s not to say that there was something amazing that happened in this volume that hooked me, just that it arrived for review and I reviewed it. All of the problems I had with the first volume are here and present again. Okay, that might be unfair because there were some improvements, like the pacing. On the flip side, all of the characters are even dumber now.

The creators of Death Note are back with a new series… Platinum End. Honestly, you’re better off not knowing that, but since it’s on the back cover and all over the internet/marketing, you won’t escape it, least of all now.
