Episode 30: An Elevator Full Of Cheerios
30 episodes in and the quality factor is slightly up and side bars are bountifully. Topics this week include the fate of the Arrow and how the Avengers are still running a muck at the box office. Remember Devil’s Due, we do! Dustin has some Prometheus bits that he shares. Comic wise it’s all about Grim Leaper, Dancer, Monster Myths and Hardcore. Oh and what’s up with Top Cow?

Episode 29: Keep Reaching For The Stars
Greetings Internet, this week the CBMFP covers random news bits and such. Comic wise, Dustin realizes that Green Arrow is really terrible comic. But then he loves a book by the name of Manara Erotica Volume 1 - Click! and Other Stories. Then I bring up Dan the Unharmable and share it with the world and so much more! So sit back relax and enjoy the hour of power that is the voice of Comic Bastards.

Episode 28: Real Ignorant About Monkeys
New week, new episode of the CBMFP!! This week we chat a little bit about comic book news and fun that is Free Comic Book Day. There’s some comic book movie talk, did I mention I love that new Amazing Spiderman suit! ( NOT the one in the pictured in the post btw) Comic wise, we talk about The Spider, The Chimpanzee Complex Vol. 1- The Paradox, Rex the Zombie Killer, oh and it was Kenji the gorilla with a baseball bat not Kimbo. Nevertheless fun was had! Get Some!!

Episode 27: Animals Doing Things They Shouldn't Be Doing
This week we are all over the place in a crazy way. I played The Walking Dead game from Telltale games and express my joy to the world! Someone brings up MI: 3 the movie and then the talk moves to new comic book movies. Comic book wise we talk about Mass Effect: Homeworlds, Crossed: Badlands, Penguins vs. Possums, The Goon and Jack Hammer. Hope you laugh at least once!

Episode 26: NYC Vs My Two Dads
Hey everyone, CBMFP is back in full swing and back in base camp. This week we chat about Zenescope’sThe Theater #5 and their new web series, Comic Company. Then there is some chatter about AVX-- kind of and then we show some love to Josh Filer’s Gross, Grandpa!, Nix Comics for Kids Starring Boy Howdieand a Manga called History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi. Also here’s a great Mass Effect cosplay pic because a ME cosplayer blew me off at C2E2; speaking of which check out our videos. Let’s GO!

Episode 25: Toilet Burgers At C2E2
We're on the road this week, but we still managed to get you a podcast! We were going to do more, but this shit is tiring! We go on a big rant about the food we've eaten and then it's panel coverage for the rest of it. Frankly, our brains are mush and we couldn't remember what we read this week and C2E2 was far more important. Kevin and I both attended Avatar Press' panel and Valiant Comics triumphant return to the convention circuit. I cover Aspen Comics panel along with IDW's. Be sure to check out the site to get the full details on all of the panels we attended and look out for our video and video interviews coming throughout the week.

Episode 24: Fondle The Man Hair
The boys talk about Avengers Vs X-Men comic because, hey who isn’t talking about that book? There’s also a few upcoming comic movie adaptations that they ponder. Then Kevin in all of his stupid wisdom calls Zenescope’s The Waking, The Walking because of that damn tricky font. The comics that get covered this week are Danger Girl Revolver, The Last American, Foreign Matter and more!

Episode 23: Thunder Kisses
Hi! This week I do a super piss poor job of describing Mark Millar and Leinil Francis Yu Super Crooks.(I’ll get better at this soon, I promise). Then we go on about the money structure of talent in comics! Fair pay for fair work! Someone asks us how to fix the Red Lanterns and we reply with a cool idea! Comic wise we talk Luther Strode for the last time, The Thirty-Six and Unstoppable Tuff Girl and The Birth of Venus.

Episode 22: There Was No Umbrella
We welcome in this week’s podcast with some heavy dialog about a hand full of comics. In no particular order: The Mustache Ride, Rebel Blood, Smoke and Mirrors and Stan Lee’s Mighty 7! We also talk about your TMNT movie that now has aliens, not turtles and not teenaged—Then Dustin hits me with some ridiculous Walking Dead news. I could be a billionaire...maybe.

Episode 21: CB Big Day Out - Wonder Con 2012
Despite the rain, traffic and me being sick, Dustin and I head to the comic outing that is Wonder Con 2012! We share our experiences from dealing with the team behind the WB animated feature Superman vs. the Elite to the amazing talent deep with in the Artist Ally. From Zen, the writer of Pink Power to writer and artist Dan Mendoza of Zombie Tramp fame! So sit back and listen to our little adventure! Oh and a big thanks to you too Wonder Woman-Man!

Episode 20: And Now Back To Comics
Episode twenty already huh? Well it's a quick episode, but we ran long last time so you'll just have to deal with it. We've got a treat on this episode as well and if you don't like it then you probably don't enjoy our podcast. Just kidding, you love it right? Please validate me with your words! Alright enough of that crap, we talk about DC in-depth this time not just vague mentions. Then we touch base on some Marvel and wrap up with Rachel Rising since Kevin is finally caught up on the book. Enjoy you Bastards.

Episode 19: Someone Said The B-Word
In this white-knuckle thrill ride, we talk about The Red Ten issue 2, Baja TBP (which I was 100% incorrect in my explanation and for that my apologies IDW to Illustrator Nathan St John and writer Ben Wagner.) Any-who, Dustin covers Spera and Dare Detectives. We chat about the passion that is Marvel Editor Stephen Wacker and we get to brass tacks about this new Batman book all the kids are talking about! So buckle up and grab your ankles because CBMFP 19 is a THING!

Episode 18: Smelly Pee
I’m real sorry about the title of this week’s CBMFP but I couldn’t think of anything that could capture the vibe of this episode more than pee that smells… To kick things off we pick a winner of the 1,000 post caption contest and we talk about the comic book inspired movie, Chronicle. Dustin brings up The Darkness 2 video game even though I think we all ready talked about it. But it’s cool The books that got read this week include: Reign, Hell Yeah. Holliday, Turning Tiger and more! So the CBMFP turns 18 and she’s ready to party!

Episode 17: A Bottomless Bag of Reese's
What a week we've all had huh? We hit our 1,000 th post and then totally forgot to pick a winner on the podcast which buys all of you more time! This week we discuss the first episode of Comic Book Men and how much it bored us, then we dive right into books we've read. For myself it was Project 17, The Pack and the Black Swan. On Kevin's side of things he talked about Rotten from Moonstone Books and the new Dragon Age digital only comic book coming out this week from Dark Horse Comics. I think we talked about cocaine as well, but not in a positive way... I think.

Episode 16: Suit In Law
Wow what a week! Lawsuits, lawsuits everywhere. If you worked in the world of comics there's a good chance you caught a case. Not only that, I read some Planetary (by some I mean two issues). Dustin read Harbor Moon and HunterPrey from Broken Icon Comics. To add to the madness, we also debate whether or not people should see The Avengers and Ghost Rider movies because of all the B.S. involved. Oh and there's an Earth 2 in your new 52!

Episode 15: The Safe Answer
First off, there's a little Watchmen news in this one in case you missed it. Then we ask the burning question, what is the "Safe Answer" when it comes to comic books? Something tells me you guys already know. Then there's a little dialog about some books we read like: The Waking, Robin: Year One, Batman: Noel, RatFist, Snowed In and more! Sit back, relax and experience an hour of Comic Bastard power!

Episode 14: Gotta Get Back In Time
Well in this white knuckle thrill ride, a good friend gets us on the topic of time travel (again) by the way of the book, The Red Wing.We wounder why the awesome talent that is Juan Jose Ryp isn't doing the art on the new Nancy in Hell series. Then it gets real indie with The Red Ten and Deadhorse and then some asshole brings up DC again. Oh and I played Gotham City! Fun times are NOW!

Episode 13: The Year of 62 Teeth And Baby Heads
Not too much going on this week. We didn't have a chance to read much so this episode is a little all over the place and that's being nice about it. But fret not, laughs and comic insight are still to be had! We chat about Zenescope's Alice in Wonderland, the Ghost Rider movie trailer and DC's choice on logos. Have fun!

Episode 12: Comics On Your TV... Kinda
This week Dustin and I chat about comics, mostly of the indie variety like Rachel Rising and such. Then the conversation turns to the television show The Misfits (on E4 and I think I said channel 4 on the PC, whatever) and the new Blade cartoon/Anime ( remember the live action Blade that lasted 5 seconds?) that's on G4! So if you're not up to date on either show be warned! Even if you are up to date, be warned. So just sit back, enjoy and let us take you away...

Episode 11: The Return
Oh man, I shouldn't have left you, without a dope beat to step to, step to! That's right, the CBMFP has returned for the 2012 season! With it, a few new changes within the podcast itself to kick off our slowly but surely (and don't call me Shirley) evolution into a pretty okay website that deals with comics. So we hope you like it, we hope you tell your friends and always listen responsibly! Enjoy!
