I’ve been jumping on and off the Doctor Who titles because sometimes there’s not much to say about them. I couldn’t review every episode of the show and I can’t review every issue of the comics without being redundant.

For the last few issues everything has been going according to plan in Rai. The newest Rai (because there have been others) hasn’t gone crazy and killed all the Raddies. He’s formed an alliance with Psylocke and the original Silk and is in the process of forming one with Momo and beta-Rai Izak.

I have mixed feelings about this first issue. On one hand there are things that have improved since the last Princeless series, but then there’s other things that have taken a step back. I’ll start with my biggest gripe… I don’t know whose series this is anymore.

Spoilers are one of the things that haunt the modern age of entertainment. Hell comic companies build entire publicity campaigns from spoiling storylines, so much so that it’s common place for the big two to reveal important details ahead of a release in order to boost pre-orders and subsequently sales numbers for investors. The thing I love about smaller publishers is that stories can still surprise you. As was the case with Hexed #7.
