That's Play Imaginative's super alloy Batman designed by Jim Lee, convention edition. It's only going to be at four cons and only one of them is in the states. I bet you can guess which one it'll be at, but in case you didn't catch the theme of today's toy news, it's SDCC aka Comic-Con International. There wasn't a price on it yet so who knows.
