Titan Is Making A Comic Based On A Board Game
Enter the scrum, this summer! Titan Comics and Games Workshop are thrilled to announce Blood Bowl: More Guts, More Glory, a brand-new series based on the runaway smash-hit board game and videogame.

DC Teases DC/Looney Tunes Crossover, Because Money

I can see the logic behind this, you have access to the property so why not pull a Hanna-Barbera and mash it up all adult like. I won't lie, this is great as fan art or even variant covers if you must, but seeing this in practice and for it to be a growing practice is worrisome. It reminds me of my recent "Unpopular Comic Opinion" that you can listen to here. Just a lot of licensed crap this week and I'm sure we'll see more of this when they're ready to show it.

Titan Publishing Bandai/Namco "Little Nightmares" Comic

Oh what a world we live in. We don't even have to play the game in order to get tie-in material! I'm sure this comic will answer any deep rooted question you have about the game or something of that nature. I won't know, I don't know what the fuck the game is nor do I want to read a comic based on a video game in general.

Mystery Science Theater 3000... Comic Books... No Thank You
By Dustin Cabeal
I'm sorry, but no thank you. Myself, like everyone that likes nerd shit these days, love MST3K, but a comic book? No. That's where I draw the fucking line. This is exactly the shit I was talking about on my worst of list. Also, don't think I didn't notice that "products" was in there. It's like the comic is a thing they'll do in addition to pumping out statues and shit. Not interested. I haven't even looked for info on the new one due to the cast and this squashes my interest even more.

Review: James Bond 007: Felix Leiter #1
By Dustin Cabeal
I picked this up to read because I was terribly confused by it. How exactly was this a James Bond title with a scruffy blond man on the cover? Well, it’s not, not in the sense that it follows James Bond, but rather Felix Leiter. The joke was on me because I thought I could just pick this up and maybe enjoy it without having to read any of the other James Bond titles, but this character comes straight out of Warren Ellis’ run that either just wrapped or has one more awkward issue left.

Quick! Name One Publisher You'd Want To See Get The John Wick Comic License

I hope you said Dynamite... because it's Dynamite. I know, I know... IDW was a close second. I wish one of my "Worst of 2016" articles were posted already because I would be linking to it right about now. I have zero interest in checking this out and will avoid it upon its release. I feel for whatever creators get attached to it. Also, I love the fact half of the below press release reads like a film review written by the studio.
