As we covered yesterday, Capcom is releasing a new upgraded to Street Fighter IV called, Ultra Street Fighter IV. It's going to have five new fighters with; Rolento, Poison, Hugo and Elena. The fifth one will be announced later, ( maybe at Comic Con?) There will also be new levels, possibly from SF X Tekken. The biggest thing is the tweaks and re-balancing to the game. The good folks over at Capcom-Unity have a break down on some of the changes. If you already own the game, you can score all of this "newness" for $15 USD next year.
