Monster recounts his adventure to see the USWNT take on Japan in an international friendly match. BTW, that's referring to soccer in case you have never hear this show. There were highs and lows in what turned out to be a real humdinger of a match. For all you gamers out there, he also gives a quick review for, "DOOM" on PS4. The duo talk about Captain America: Civil War, and give their thoughts on this epic Marvel film. There's a recap for G.O.T., season 6, episode 6, "Blood of my Blood," and Wine tells us how she is somewhat connected to the most recent episode of, "The Americans." Monster & Wine don't get too heavy with the political stuff on their show, typically. However, this episode starts off with a bit of Donald Trump talk. He is, essentially, the elephant in the room and even the dynamic duo have to acknowledge him at some point. Monster showers Wine with praise in her recommendation of the HBO comedy, "VEEP." He has seen it and he has fallen in love with it. There's a new flavor of Monster energy on the market, "Monster Gronk," and its very existence comes as no surprise to Wine. Wine is taking the loss of Prince significantly harder than Monster and explains what he meant to her and the world. A review for Wendy's new Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken sandwich takes place. Getting Japanese snacks delivered to your front door is now a thing. Wine ponders what's really behind those anime eyes and the duo discuss popular anime/manga, "Ghost in the Shell," getting the "Hollywood" treatment. The very recent earthquake situation in Kumamoto, Japan is brought up and M&W wish everyone affected the very best. Wacky news wraps all this up in a very kawaii little bow.
