Review: Interviews With Monster Girls E.01
By Dustin Cabeal
Interviews With Monster Girls was one of the last on my list of new anime to check out. I was just going to get around to it when I got around to it. Then I saw everyone shitting their pants over it and decided to bump it up on my list. I probably should have gotten to it when I got to it.
Seven Seas Licenses The Testament of Sister New Devil Storm! Manga
By Dustin Cabeal
I gave this franchise a chance with the anime, but gave up on the second season. It's all fan service. Any inkling of the story was suffocated by boobs. With this new series being a spin-off, I wonder if it could be better or if it would just find another area of the female body to get lost in. Find out in September!
Review: KonoSuba 2! E.01
By Dustin Cabeal
There was a time that I found these really long ass titles funny, but then I started reviewing them, and I now hate these long ass titles, so I will only say this title once… God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! 2, is the full and proper title. The show’s shorthand is KonoSuba, and it’s returning for its second season.
Follow The Secret Empire... To The Bathroom
By Dustin Cabeal
I give DC it's fair amount of ribbing so I figured, why not include Marvel in that again? What the fuck is the secret empire? Don't know, don't care. I can't believe that Marvel is still making their interns crank out this bullshit marketing campaigns using words or short sentences. At least they did them all at once rather than sending my six emails. I can't wait to not care about this! X-Citing times indeed.

Tom King Is The New Geoff Johns, Taking Over On Rebirth Mystery Book
By Dustin Cabeal
Wow, they're just getting back to this huh? I honestly forgot about the "mystery" surrounding the rebirthing of DC. Still not sure how the Comedian's button fits into everything... because wouldn't he be dead? And if I fucked with your universe, why would I leave a calling card? Whatever, I hope you're in love with Tom King like everyone else is because DC got tired of waiting for Johns to write this shit and gave it to King.

Review: Southern Bastards #16
By Daniel Vlasaty
It’s been a few months since issue #15 came out, which is kind of Jason Aaron’s MO, it seems. I think I’d be pretty pissed about the delay too if the issue wasn’t so damn good. I love Southern Bastards, man. I love everything about it. I love the feel of it. I love the stink of it. I love the writing and the art. I love that this is what I imagine life in southern small towns is probably like.
Unboxing: Loot Wear - December 2016
By Dustin Cabeal
I have to say this is probably the best Loot Wear that I've gotten. Sure I'm not in love with all of the brands that they put in there, but as far as wearability goes, it's pretty damn good. The only thing that I would feel like a fraud wearing is the Mr. Robot stuff and I still don't see how that show is such a fashion powerhouse, but whatever. Also my fucking cat makes an audio appearance. Enjoy.
Review: The Storyteller: Giants #2
By Laramie Martinez
Storyteller: Giants #2 has everything you want in a Storyteller comic. Plucky hero? Yes. Enormous evil villain? Check. Overwhelming odds overcome by courage and weird randomness? It’s got this in spades. Check out my review below.

Being a big fan of Ken Garing's Planetoid, I was happy about the announcement of a second volume. I had the chance to shoot Ken some questions about his upcoming Image Comic follow up Planetoid: Praxis which is out February 1st.
Thank God There's A Manga Adaptation of The Count of Monte Cristo...
By Dustin Cabeal
I hate The Count of Monte Cristo. I just wanted to say that. I find it to be a lame ass story that offered no surprises, not even the one at the end. Why? Because it was fucking obvious. I hate all iterations of it and just because this one is in manga form and the woman's boobies are hanging out, doesn't mean I care.

I picked up Transdimensional having no prior knowledge of the subject. Not even the Kickstarter description. If I had, I probably would have skipped it. I am probably one of five comics fans that don't get into sci-fi horror. The Kickstarter describes the comic as being a sci-fi horror in the same family as Alien and The Abyss. I’ve seen Alien maybe (just the one - sad face from you probably), not The Abyss. I wasn’t the proper audience for this comic. However, if I was into this type of story, I could see its appeal.
