Review: Divinity III: Aric, Son of the Revolution #1
By Dustin Cabeal
To start with I haven’t read any of Divinity III, in fact, I haven’t even read Divinity II. I saw all these one-shots that came across very Flashpoint inspired in which it was just a quick look at what the characters in the Valiant Universe would be doing in the “Stalinverse” and thought, well that could be fun. It should have been fun.

Review: Bloodshot U.S.A #3
By Chris Tresson
Hello, Comic Bastards readers. I’m about to review Bloodshot U.S.A #3 from Valiant Entertainment. The last issue wasn’t all that great for me (from what I remember of it), and I really didn’t want to review this one because of that but I thought I’d give it a go anyways. Let’s see what Jeff Lemire and Doug Braithwaite have in store for us with this one… Here we go.

After Reborn and USA, Comes Bloodshot Salvation

As the blood-stained curtain closes on BLOODSHOT U.S.A....be there as the stage is set for BLOODSHOT SALVATION, a top-secret new series coming later in 2017!

Review: Ninjak #22
By Robert Ramos
First and foremost, this is my very first comic review. I’ve been in and out of the comic scene for a good number of months due to the lack of quality comics being produced. That’s not to say that I don’t keep up with anything, but the number of things I truly follow has dwindled substantially. Nevertheless, here I am and what a doozy I have for you with Ninjak #22.

Review: Savage #1
By Dustin Cabeal
I’m going to try and stay as positive as possible on this opening. Savage is a great looking book. It is by far some of the best art coming out of Valiant at the moment, and Lewis Larosa and Clayton Henry only seem to get better every time I see either of their work. If you go for art over the story, then this is the book for you.

Review: Bloodshot U.S.A #2
By Chris Tresson
This week sees the release of the second issue of Valiant Entertainment’s Bloodshot U.S.A by Jeff Lemire and Doug Braithwaite. I quite enjoyed the first issue and I’ve been looking forward to seeing where this one would go since the cliffhanger in the last issue. Let’s get going, shall we?

Review: Harbinger Renegade #1
By Dustin Cabeal
The last time I read Harbinger was when I was still called Harbinger. I never got into Imperium since another reviewer was on and off that one. It doesn’t seem like I missed too much since it’s easily recapped in this issue. Frankly, the strength of the series has been when Peter and Harada were in it together. I say that not knowing if Harada will show up in this series, but with the strong hope he will.
NYCC 2016: Valiant's Got Exclusive Shirts... And SOCKS!
By Dustin Cabeal
If you follow my annoying as fuck Loot Crate unboxing videos and have seen the talented Justin Wood's banner image then you know I love me some socks! I blame Kevin Beckham for that. Valiant has some pretty cool clothing at the show, I dig their shirts for sure, but those socks... damn I wish I was still going so I could get me a three pack.
Valiant Is Going All Out On Live-Action Ninjak Video
By Dustin Cabeal
If you're at NYCC you need to check this out. If not for you, then for me. I just hope that this is being used to light the fire on a live action movie because I would then ask Matt Kindt to write it and I'm not even in charge! Crazy right?! Here's some pics and a blurb from Valiant about it, but seriously, if you're one of the thousands of people at NYCC, check it out.
Review: Generation Zero #2
By Kaleb Herbert
Grab the tallest ladder you can get your hands on because this story is getting deep. A little cheesy, but Lente keeps delivering a story that is honestly invigorating and keeps adding layer after layer. It is hard not to gobble up everything in this issue, with excellent artwork, incredible writing, and great story progression. Each character is getting a little bit of spotlight during this issue with a little background information, and personality development. This issue does a great job of not overwhelming the reader with new information, but rather gives the reader just enough to digest while also letting the reader feel good about knowing that more is coming with future issues.
