Review: UFOlogy #1
With such a great team coming together for UFOlogy, it is a clear must-have this Wednesday. I have got lots to talk about, but let’s start from the beginning. We meet up with Becky, a senior at the local high school, who just can’t seem to get her life together.
Review: Robyn Hood #9
Definitely surprised with this week’s cover for sure. I did not expect such a dark cover. Actually this may be the first cover, or one the first, where Robyn wasn’t featured in some archer pose. With all the humor that Robyn’s narration brings, this comic is pretty dark.
Review: Feathers #4
I don’t know how BOOM! does it, but they have constantly been adding to my pile of floppies for two years now.
Review: Samurai Jack #17
I’ll start with just my overall thought on the latest from Samurai Jack and work my way back. To start, I was disappointed with issue #17. So now let’s work our way back.
Review: Intersect #5
You get dragged into this comic. Ray Fawkes has a way of grabbing your attention and then tossing it to the floor. To read this comic in just passing by fashion won’t cut it.
Review: Rumble #4
Even though Rumble wasn’t exactly what I wanted last month, I still like this comic. I did find the overarching story to be bland, but with so many cool characters, I couldn’t just drop it. Plus I guess a lot of stories overarching plot isn’t anything new. Either way, Rumble has some good things to offer.
Review: TMNT #44
Our story got pretty heavy last month, and it wasn’t a surprise that none of it got resolved. These Turtles are always getting themselves into something and the trouble just seems to mount up with every new issue.
Review: Robyn Hood #8
Well let’s just get right to it. Avella is back! I think we all knew that when Robyn and Marian left Myst, they hadn’t really left Myst. Things would carry over with these two. I have always loved Myst and the stories that Pat Shand created there, but I have to flip flop and recant that.
Review: Teen Dog #7 (BOOM! Box)
Dude, did you know that there is only one more issue left of the radest comic ever?! Well yeah there is. I don’t know how I have lived so long without Teen Dog in my life.
Review: Headspace #7
Everything comes to a head in this newest installment with Headspace. It definitely felt like the comic was taking us on an intensity trip through Carpenter Cove with our last issue.
Review: Feathers #3
Feathers is just straight up cute. I’m not going to lie, I totally just got into this mini-series for that reason. But really if that’s what it takes to draw somebody in than so be it! What I find especially cute is Poe.
Review: Hero Cats of Stellar City #4
Aw! This has to be the most fun I have in Stellar City yet. This issue didn’t miss a beat with its high-powered action, unusual setting, and of course, the best superhero cat team ever. With a team of superheros, you deliver lots of back stories with lots of little missions in between.
Review: TMNT #43 (IDW Publishing)
OK so I have realized this several times over when reading TMNT, but this issue shows us again how massive the TMNT universe is. There are so many players in the game.

Review: Intersect #4 (Image Comics)
I have not been afraid to admit when I don’t understand a comic completely. Intersect was one of those comics. With #4 though, I really dove into the story.

Review: Robyn Hood #7
Ok so I am in love with Roberta Ingranata. Just seeing a small preview of this issue made me excited. Her art is fun. Not as stiff as Robyn Hood has been. Although I didn’t mind it, I love Ingranata’s. It flows with the comic. Each panel, especially the action scenes, move better.

Review: Rumble #3
Rumble is an intriguing comic. It mixes the reality with supernatural events to make the comic come to life. I’ll just jump right into this week’s story. I thought it lacked something. I couldn’t tell at the beginning of issue what that exactly was but then when Del and Bobby entered back into the story, I realized that I missed them.
